Learning Community additional Terms and Conditions.

The Terms & Conditions needed to be part of ‘Palmers Education Learning Community’.

The terms of conditions set forth in these ‘Learning Community additional Terms and Conditions’ together with our Terms of Use – Palmers Education Website and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between Palmers Education, and members of the Palmers Education Learning Community Platform. By using the Palmers Education Learning Community Platform you signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Learning Community additional Terms and Conditions.

To register to be a member of the Learning Community, you will be asked to tick the agreement to the terms of the ‘Learning Community additional Terms and Conditions’ as well as the ‘Terms of Use – Palmers Education Website’ and our ‘Privacy Policy’.

Terms and Conditions

By registering into the Learning Community you state that you are an adult (of 18 years or older).

Learning Community members agree to the use of their user name and image, within the ‘learning community’.

That their user name and image can appear to other members of the ‘learning community’ site, and won’t appear to anybody outside the ‘Learning Community’.

Within the ‘learning community’ environment their user name and image can appear in articles and the like including but not limited to created work from Action Learning sessions, and learning community specific social media communication channel.

Palmers Education reserves the right to remove and content that learning community members upload if Palmers Education deem as inappropriate. Reserving the right that removal can occur without any correspondence and any notification.  Reserving the right to disable the account, without notification if we deem to be inappropriate for the site for specific reason. Specific reason is outlined in the ‘Terms of Use – Palmers Education Website’. This rationale meets commonly accepted Christian values and standards. For example excluding the use of offensive language, offensive imagery, anything that is putting down or demeaning another person.

Regardless of your personal views, Respect of Christian values and principles is required.

It is expected that positive aspects will be focused on when giving feedback i.e. in Action learning classes.
